Born Carmillia Carter Hip-hop underground artist "Roc'ci"has been hitting the stage since the age of 9 whether it was a church stage or any other stage available Roc'ci was there. Roc'ci was born and raised in Dallas, Tx and found music to be an escape from her not so easy childhood. Now 34, her love for music has not changed and she has performed on many stages across Texas including opening up for artists, Charlie Boy and Dourrough. Roc'ci and her music have been influenced by an array of artists from T.I., Queen Latifah, Plies, and Tupac to Jagged Edge. When she is not on a stage you can find Roc'ci collaborating with other local artists or writing. Roc'ci aspires to share her undeniable talent on even bigger stages in years to come.
